These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from our webshop.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the webshop and the goods are provided. Any such change in terms and conditions will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

Acceptance of general terms and conditions
By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions, including our Privacy Statement.
Allocacoc reserves the right to change prices. Prices at the time of placing an order are valid throughout the buying process. *At times where software or human errors for instance list products with an obvious faulty price, Allocacoc reserves the rights to cancel the order without any notification.
Change of product assortment
Allocacoc reserves the right to change its stock availability on the site and to remove items from the product range before a purchase has been registered.
We try our best to ensure that all of the content on our site is correct, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices. However, mistakes do happen. The colours which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on various factors including your display settings.

If you are under the age of 18, you will need your parents’ or guardian’s consent to make purchases on this webshop.
Damage during transportation
All shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. When returning goods to us, do not use snail mail as this is uninsured (and you will not be reimbursed if the package is lost). Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us.
Shopping, shipping and customs
Only customers with a valid European address may place orders in this webshop. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to deliver our products outside of Europe. In terms of payment, we accept IDEAL, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). We use state-of-the-art technology to keep your credit card information safe. For details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions. Prices are stated in EURO, GBP, USD depending on your destination country. Purchases can only be made in the currency available for the country where you choose your delivery to be made.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our Netherlands warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

In this e-mail please specify:
- the order number
- your name and address
- your bankaccount information
- if you would like to return the purchase or exchange it
- the reason of return or exchange (not mandatory, but we’d like your feedback!)
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Please note that the cost and risk incurred by sending items by post shall be borne by the purchaser.
If the item is faulty, it may be returned for an exchange or gift card. In the case of returns, (cancellation of the purchase) the amount to be repaid will be transferred back to your account within 30 days.
All our products come with 2-year guarantee period. If you have bought the product from a retailer, please return the product to the retailer with your original receipt in order to claim a new one.
If you have purchased the product from our official webshop, please send the product back to our Netherlands warehouse. In the case that the damage was caused by your misuse, we will not be able to compensate you. If the product falls under the terms and conditions of the 2-year warranty, we will replace your product free of charge and compensate you for the intiital shipping return cost.
